Detail
The internal wires are usually made of high-quality copper, which has good electrical and thermal conductivity to ensure stable and efficient data transmission. The exterior is wrapped with an insulating material, usually polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or other materials with good insulating properties, which protects the internal wires from the external environment and also prevents short circuits and other problems between the cables.
Utral durability and shielding performance
The connector shell and contact part will usually use metal materials, such as brass, phosphor bronze and so on. These metal materials have good electrical conductivity and mechanical strength, to ensure a stable connection between the connector and the equipment, and can withstand multiple insertion and extraction and not easy to damage. Metal shell can also play a role in shielding electromagnetic interference, improve the stability of signal transmission.

What are all the interface types in the USB 3.0 series?
The USB 3.0 interface mainly consists of the following types, classified according to their shapes and sizes.
Standard Type-A interface
This is the most common USB interface, usually used to connect devices such as mice and keyboards to a computer. The Type-A interface of USB 3.0 has 9 metal contacts, and the interface itself is usually blue to distinguish it from the 4 metal contacts of USB 2.0.
Standard Type-B interface
This type of interface is commonly used for devices such as printers and monitors. The Type-B interface of USB 3.0 also has 9 metal contacts and is backward compatible with USB 2.0 devices.
Micro Type-B interface
This type of interface is smaller and is commonly found in early Android phones and other devices. The Micro Type-B interface of USB 3.0 has 9 metal contacts, while the Micro Type-B interface of USB 2.0 has 5 metal contacts.
Type-C interface
Although the Type-C interface is not specifically exclusive to USB 3.0, both USB 3.1 Gen 1 (the improved version of USB 3.0) and USB 3.1 Gen 2 (USB 3.1) support the Type-C interface. The Type-C interface supports reverse insertion as well and has a faster transmission speed.
