Our CEO personally guided the client through our production workshops, walking them step by step through every stage of cable manufacturing — from raw material and conductor processing to assembly, termination and final inspection. The visit gave our partner a direct view of how we control quality at the source, rather than relying on end-stage checks alone.
Quality Control at the Heart of the Visit
The client observed our QC procedures in detail, including incoming material inspection, in-process checks and our testing laboratories for electrical and mechanical performance. Seeing these processes first-hand is the most effective way to validate a manufacturer’s capability and consistency — especially for demanding applications such as high-speed server cables and custom wiring harnesses.
