According to the HDMI forum, the next generation of HDMI specifications is likely to directly support 8K / 120,4:2:2,12bit, with 128.3Gbps bandwidth, which will be the highest 8K signal transmission specification in the BT.2020 standard. Therefore, with the increasing bandwidth of HDMI transmission, it needs to break through to 128Gbps in the future, and the transmission requirements of HDMI wire are higher, and HDMI wire to achieve long-distance transmission of more than 10 meters requires continuous technical breakthroughs.
